Conference entry registration:
The registration desk will be in place on Friday in the lobby next to the reception desk. There you will receive your name badge and other information.
BGM/AGM entry registration:
Before the EFHOH AGM and IFHOH BGM, there will be a separate registration for the delegates of Member associations.
The participation fee includes:
- Guided tour of Ljubljana and IFHOH Conference reception at the Mayor of Ljubljana with a tour of the Town Hall and a final dinner at Ljubljana Castle on Thursday, 10 May 2018;
- Rental costs for conference room, technical equipment, organizational costs and staff for all days
- Coffee breaks during the entire conference on Friday, 11 May 2018
- Lunch at the M Hotel Ljubljana on Friday, 11 May 2018
- Dinner at the M Hotel Ljubljana on Friday, 11 May 2018
- Coffee breaks during the BGM and AGM
- Lunch at the M Hotel Ljubljana on Saturday, 12 May 2018 IFHOH
- Conference bag and contents
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations received by 01/03/2018: no charges
- Cancellations received by 12/03/2018: 50% of the total participation fee will be charged
- Cancellations received after 26/03/2018: 100% of the total participation fee will be charged
Only written cancellations will be accepted. Send an email to: naglusni@zvaza-gns.si. Please check with us to make sure we received your cancellation e-mail.

After receiving your registration form, you will receive a confirmation of successful registration. After receiving the confirmation, we ask you to transfer the registration fee in euros to the account below.
